Can hold a good size load and washes it very quickly and well. We have a large family so we do a lot of laundry. I think this washer will continue to work well for us!

About a few weeks ago while the laundry was spinning, it sounded as if the washer was going to take off on a runway. I called BB asap; they told me to contact Samsung since it was still under manufacturer's warranty. I called; everything has been approved for a replacement on July 24, 2023. I was supposed to hear back from BB by July 31, 2023. Well, I still have no washer and I still have not heard from BB on my replacement.

Also my clothes don’t smell like it did with my other washing machine. The price was great for the product.

And it is heavy. As a result it was a struggle to get into the pan. Warning there are sharp metal screws pointing down and if you try to lift underneath they will slice your finger. I know. Blood everywhere plus a visit to the doctor for closing the wound (my finger prints will never be the same). My old LG had a nice plastic cover on bottom so this would never be a problem. Otherwise it is a nice system; Washes the clothes just fine. Only complaint is there is no prewash drawer to add Borax - this is important with 3 hockey players gear. Just plan the installation carefully if you are doing it yourself because the wait for installation is so long from Best Buy.

This one is beautiful to look at and easy to work. It is heavier then my precious one. We almost couldn't get it in the house ourselves. Overall a great buy.

I've only ever used old school washers and this thing is amazing. I love how simple it is to load and clean clothes. I also love the sleek look and matching dryer.
