Pretty nice washing machine. I went from a top loader to a front loader so its an adjustment. I am not sure if I like it that during the rinse cycle it uses hot water even if you have it set to cold. But it gets the job done and even plays a pretty song at the end of a cycle.

No complaints. Just an overall good washer. Definitely better than a broken one

PLEASE read this and don't be dumb like me and assume bad reviews were an anomaly. The issue isn't the unit. It stopped working after 6 months, which is a problem. But I bought the extended warranty and thought I'd be golden at least during the initial ownership period before extended kicked in. However, Samsung contracts with local companies and makes absolutely NO guarantee on timeframe or compensation for having to go to the laundromat. My washer broke over a month ago and we're still waiting on a tech after being given the runaround and rescheduled on several times. We live in a major city so there's no real excuse. After calling Samsung to complain loudly they transferred the ticket to a different company and I don't anticipate better results. Meanwhile I'm almost $200 in the hole from laundromat visits (I have six kids) and Samsung flat out refuses any consideration of compensation for that. I paid almost 2k with warranty and installation for a premium washer/dryer set and I'm spending hours every week at the laundromat after owning it for 6 months with no end in sight. The lesson I learned is not to buy from a company that doesn't do its own repairs or doesn't offer a guarantee for repair time. This will be the last Samsung appliance I ever buy.

Perfect washing machine for rentals or home use! I have purchased multiple units with the matching driers and to date have had zero problems. They also stack well but the top controls can be a bit high.

Bought this when our 9 year old washer died. Same exact model so if you want more than 9 years, not so good. Also, we have pedestals and I told the sales guy that, he said no problem delivery guys would put it on the pedestal. Wrong! Also, why doesnt BB have a loyalty program? I've spent probably 20 grand there and I would think I would be shown a little love.

Great washer for the price! Replaced a much more expensive GE and have been pleased with this Samsung. Has all the modern cycles and features, quality and durability are yet to be determined but initially they seem solid.

It has a lot of features, most I don't use, but it is a nice washer and much larger than I gave it credit for. The alarm is funny, its very long.

VERY energy efficient. Has a short cycle setting for clothes that are not stained etc. I love it!

The first delivery did not work, But Best buy came out quickly and replaced this machine. With the first machine, the tub was apparently not connected correctly, and the machine was bouncing all over the place and even broke a pipe. The new machine works beautifully. Life is easy because of this! Great machine.

After always having had top-load washers, I tried front-load. My first one was quite noisy, but otherwise I liked it. I just moved and needed to by a washer and dryer. This front-load has all the good features of my last one, but is so quiet! I'm glad I tried front-load one more time!

Amazing washer! Easy to load and cloths come out so clean and great smelling!
