It scratched already honestly but other than that it’s fine Clothes get clean, pretty quiet for the most part

Reliability is yet to be determined, we had the non-wifi version for 4 years, it was good as new but we moved so got a new pair. Wifi feature is good to have, Google hub announces our laundry when it's done.

Same exact model so if you want more than 9 years, not so good. Also, we have pedestals and I told the sales guy that, he said no problem delivery guys would put it on the pedestal. Wrong! Also, why doesnt BB have a loyalty program? I've spent probably 20 grand there and I would think I would be shown a little love.

It's barely wet after the wash and not heavy. I like using the quick wash mode for smaller loads.
