The washer is fast and efficient but the end of cycle alarm is quite annoying. You have to turn it off for each cycle.

It's a good washing machine. However, the documentation is seriously lacking in information for using it. But, otherwise, a great product.

Great washer. Cloths are very clean. Exact setting for every article of clothing. Linking a smartphone is so convenient and easy.

So far it’s been great! Super fast and has lots of great wash options. First purchase of a washer & dryer and it was well worth the money! Not too fancy but still has cool features and does everything I need it to do!

I love this Washer!! It runs so quietly and washes clothes pretty quickly on the normal cycle. I purchased both washer and dryer for an affordable price especially to say it is a Samsung. I would definitely recommend.

I wish i could say more positive things about this set. I just don't understand why it didn't clean our clothes well. No matter what i do, and unless i put it on the heaviest load setting, with the most spins,rinses, and hottest temp, it won't even come close!!! What am i doing wrong?? I don't over load it either. My boyfriend is an appliance repair man and he says the front loaders are the worst ever! Ughhh. Super frustrated.
