Absolutely love this product. I thought my old one was good… man am I happy to have this!!

We love samsung and was happy with our last one that lasted 15 years. Had this one for 3 months very happy with it and how easy it is to use.

We bought these Samsung washer and dryer in a combo package deal from Best Buy in Sterling. The whole buying experience from Best Buy was as good as always. Mike helped us decide which model to buy and gave us good deal too including extended warranty and the tech package. The delivery was quick and on time and the technicians were very experienced and professional. They fixed them perfect and both my Champagne dryer and washer are working perfectly fine. Loving the steam function and low noise as compared to the ones we had before. Thanks Best Buy for amazing buying and customer service experience. :) :)

The washer works well and is very quiet. Plenty of cycles to choose from.

This product is very easy to use. It is quiet and fast. Clothes come out of the wash machine almost dry after the great spin cycle.

Good wash, quiet, nice appearance. What I don't like: It uses very little water. It doesn't have a spin-only cycle. It doesn't have an interior light.
