Our Samsung Smart front loader Washer is the best washer we have ever had. Our clothes are cleaner, wash time is almost cut in half and the washer is easy to use. When it is in Spin mode, there is no vibration whatsoever! The installation went smooth and the installers were very pleasant! We love the look of our new washer and very happy with our purchase. I absolutely love this washer! And it’s companion dryer. Both connected to my phone I can move on to other tasks and the machines will remind me when the clothes are ready. Perfect for someone with ADHD who gets hyper focused on tasks and other things.

So far so good. I was surprised that the washer was so quiet after reading other reviews complaining about excessive noise. The first one that I received had a leak, but Best Buy replaced it within a couple of days. Would have given it 5 stars for quality but could not because of the return. Other than that no complaints.

This is my second Samsung washer. I bought a second not because how good the first was, it was just the cheapest to replace the one I had. The last one made it 8 years, but it wasn’t trouble free. I had to replace a drain pump after a couple years and the tank support assembly from inside the tub a couple years later. The first Samsung motor finally failed in a spectacular smokey meltdown. I do all my own repairs so I can stretch their life with limited expense. The Samsungs get the job done, but expect to have a few bumps along the way.

Very quick and nice washer. Quiet compared to the last one I had. I like all the features it has.

Decent so far. Super prone to denting and scratching though. Arrived dented and when we put the washer on top the movement of the washer also dented and scratch the top of the machine badly. Machine works well so far.

Great purchase, had a top load washer by Samsung. Switched to a front load washer. Easy to use, even with your phone. Quiet and efficient.

I love this washer machine. Its big enough to put comforters and blankets and the different settings like steam and delicates make all your clothes to be sanitize and wrinkle free.

I got a washer from a different store and a different brand, when it spins it moves and vibrate so much that it pops the door open and mess up and scratch my floor. So, when I got this brand at BestBuy, at first, I was scared it was going to do the same thing, but it's been amazing, low noise, less vibration, I can load my washer and not be bordered. I'm very happy with my purchase.
