Didn’t receive my items I purchased!

However the washer and dryer that they showed a picture of we’re not the ones that I received. However they are the ones that I ordered but for some reason Best Buy had canceled my order so I never got an email telling me they canceled my order on the day they were supposed to arrive. I ended up calling customer service to find out my order has been canceled. They couldn’t give me a reason I had paid for my order in cash And ended up having to get an LG open box washer and dryer which I’m happy with but I would’ve love to have the Samsung that I originally purchased but that didn’t happen so there’s my review it said I can qualify for a $400 gift card for me doing this . Let’s see if my luck has changed and win the gift card. It’s not fair for me to be able to rate this item since I never originally received it so if it lets me, I’m gonna leave them blank if not, I will mark the middle star..

Upgraded from 10+ year old washer and so far it is working beautifully. Love the steam cycles for getting out harsh stains and the option to download cycles that are not already programmed!

You can't really control the washer from the SmartThings app, you can't control the washer from outside your home network. With it being front loading, and stackable, the placement of the drain could have been better. So far I've had no issues with actually washing clothes so it seems to do the one thing its made for well... however its new so appliances working well when brand new SHOULD be the norm. You have to power down the machine to do anything, can't really wash a small load, and need to be mindful of the area surrounding the door - its obvious it will collect socks and other small clothing.

I researched this particular one and was happy that it looks Great! Works Great! so far. It goes well with my older dryer that still works. I also didn't want one that had tons of features that I don't need. Very pleased. I also got the best deal at "Best Buy"! Thanks again for another wonderful buy! This one is the newer version of the one I previously had. I love all of the features it has, especially the Vibration Reduction...this thing stays planted. The biggest complaint I have is that the fabric softener load spot tends to stay full of water once the wash cycle is done and you have to pull the tray out to drain the water for the next load. I've gotten used to it and it's become a normal part of my laundry process. It's a great machine for the money and very efficient.
