Awesome Machine - Energy efficient with great options, clothes come out clean and we especially appreciate the steam options and the towel cycle -- we have had it for 6 months now and have had no issues, and the color is beautiful as is the look of the machine

We are surprised by the quality of this washer and its many options. The steam cycles are fantastic. My husband was skeptical of front loaders until experiencing this design. Also, we love the champagne finish in our home. Terrific!

Just read the instructions carefully because leaving in just one wrong thing could completely make it off balance. Also if you are wondering about getting a podium do it. The podium will help to balance it.

Nice machine, but with a few disappointments

First, even on the highest spin, the clothes are too wet and require more drying time than from my previous washer. Second, I cannot figure out how to interrupt the washing cycle in order to add something else to the load. It is not explained in the instruction manual, so I am assuming it is not possible.
