The problem is that it shakes like mad during the spin cycle. You can hear it from across the house even if we adjust the spin to medium. We had it installed by BestBuy. Over all, it’s a good value if you don’t mind the loud noise during the spin cycle.

It's way easier to use than I thought originally, plus the delivery people were kind and made sure we understood the products before they left.

Just got it and so far I've done a few loads of laundry without any issues. Really like this new product, it's very easy to use and it is supposed to be energy-saving. We'll see!

The ordering was easy, the washer was on sale, the delivery, installation and hook-ups went perfect! What else can you ask for.
