I wanted a washer that didn’t have an agitator, but that did have a fabric softener dispenser. This was the only washer that I could find that had exactly what I was looking for at the time. I didn’t want a Samsung product because in the past the Samsung products I have purchased didn’t last more than a few months without having some kind of a problem. But I have had this washing machine for over a year and it’s still working great. So let hope it stays that way for a few more years

Always impressed with Samsung products. Simple to use, does a great job washing, even for my comforters and quilts. I used to dislike front-opening washers because of mold build-up in the seal. I have not had any issues with mold at all.

Ive used the machine for about 10 loads so far and i have nothing but great things to say. Plus, im always confident wifh purchases with total tech protection from best buy!

Samsung makes an excellent washing machine that does an excellent job washing pretty much anything!

Seems to get my socks cleaner than the old washer, but I'm holding my breath because the old washer was a real trooper for 35 years! I'll be disappointed if this one lasts only 20.

You get notifications when your clothes are finished. You get notifications to take your clothes out that you want to iron. Pretty cool washer and dryer. Came with a scratch though. I could have gotten an open box for that. Still waiting to get it replaced.

Very nice washing machine. Works well. Just want to mention to anyone who buys this or any washing machine. Remember to take out all the shipping bolts behind the washer. That may be the single most important thing when installing the washer.

Since we had to get a dryer for the house we just bought... I also purchased this matching washer for it rather than wait since this one is also on sale!!! It washes better and uses less detergent and softener. Glad I got this to match my dryer.

The washer was great for almost the 1st year that we had it. About a few weeks ago while the laundry was spinning, it sounded as if the washer was going to take off on a runway. I called BB asap; they told me to contact Samsung since it was still under manufacturer's warranty. I called; everything has been approved for a replacement on July 24, 2023. I was supposed to hear back from BB by July 31, 2023. Well, I still have no washer and I still have not heard from BB on my replacement.

From the delivery to the installation and removal of the old one everything went like clockwork. Could not be happier with our new washer, would buy it again and would do it with Best Buy

We went from a LG to this because the LG developed a leak. Starting to wish we had stayed with LG. The clothes come out piping hot even if you choose a cold cycle. Can't figure that out. While the spin cycle is quiet, it's quite excessive. Don't stack anything on top because it will throw it to the floor. Machine is level so I'm guessing based on other reviews that this is just this washers thing. I really wish we could return this and get something else. I think I got used to the LG's numerous choices.

Love my new Samsung washer! It is very quiet with lots of washing choices! My clothes come out great! I like the looks of the washer too!

Works well so far, but havent had it for long. As with the dryer, the jingle is neat but long, and the phone alert setup was fairly simple.
