Loud banging sound during spin cycle.

Lasts for a couple of seconds but it sounds like the tub is beating against the side. Had Geek squad come out. Check machine for level and ran tests which had no faults.

I'm now shelling out more money to fix a new machine we bought to replace another one that did the exact same thing. Oh, and the Best Buy member protection plan means I'll have to pay $79.99 and wait 10!days for the earliest appointment. Samsung washers suck, and so does the Best Buy member protection plan.
