I had a repair man from Samsung and was told to use full loads and use the bedding cycle to keep the drum from spending to fast. It still makes a lot of noise.

It has an issue in the electronics that Samsung has sent technicians out to try to make work 3 times. The last time they told us they don't know how to fix it. It qualifies for the FEDERAL LEMON LAW, MAGNUSOM MOSS ACT, but actually getting the money back is becoming a full time job. Best Buy will not take it back. This is the second Samsung washing machine I have owned. The first one was recalled several months after I bought it for the top blowing off while spinning with a force that was breaking people's jaws. There will not be a third attempt at owning one of their washers.

We called the service guy from samsung and he checked the software and said all good, this is how it is! I wish i would know this before , i wouldn’t buy this! I can’t believe i spent so much money on this garbage! Also there is no program description anywhere not even online!

Got this one due to the fact that i just purchased a 5.0 cf washer 3.5 years ago and now its not worth fixing (950.00 + maybe a inner drum)and they are not even sure they can get the counter balance that it needs. The only reason i purchased the 4.5cf was that the dryer still works and i bought two pedestal at 300.00 a piece. Hopefully this one last longer!
