    This is the 2nd Samsung (same model) I’ve purchased since March 2020. The 1st one began to leak shortly after the 1 year warranty expired. Shortly after that, the rubber seal on the door tore. After countless calls and chats with Best buy I found out it would be almost the same price to buy a new one than replace. So fast forward, I purchased a new one and now a few months after, it’s now making an awful sound during spin mode. Stay away! Samsung doesn’t stand by their product when called.

    Beautiful machine, but it does not work properly. It shakes ridiculously and now I have to get another one. Thank God for warranty!

    Constantly gets stuck in spin mode. We have read all instructions and balanced it properly. Still gets stuck. We are draining the basin at least weekly. Horrible.

    This is not a good purchase for me. I dont feel like my cloths are clean after the wash cycle. Have to wash too time to get my cloths clean. I'm not please with the purchase ....

    The washer started shaking and vibrating along with loud sounds with every single cycle. Not so happy with the fact the washer was purchased brand new and it has been only 1.5 years since I purchased it

    Horrible whasher! Installed, leveled. Loaded it up for the 1st time and the vibration when spinning was insane. The washer was moving around causing damage to the laundry room. 2 people could not keep the washer from moving. Leveled the wahser again and still had the same issue. Ended up returning the item and bought a new one different brand, and had no issues.

    Would not recommend purchasing this or the my best buy total tech service. There is a defect with these models where the counter weight is not torqued down correctly causing it to crack and break. The loud airplane launching noise is a great indicator for this. Apparently setting up an appointment with total tech does not guarantee anyone will even show up or even contact you to reschedule when they "over book" you. I'd only consider this if you want to take a chance your model has no issues and can afford to go a month without being able to wash your clothes.

    Great washer, horrendous delivery via 3rd party. Since when does the geek squad not deliver and install Best Buy purchases. You’ve completely remove the leg up you’ve heard from other big box stores.

    Do not buy open box!!

    Not happy! Bought open box, had a little dent not a problem. Got it home worked great 2 days after i could no longer return, started to act up on us. Wouldnt wash, door can not lock properly. Now almost a month and no longer wants to wash at all. Can't get anyone to help.

    Nice but when unwrapped item it had 2 dents in lower left corner. Tried to call store but automated system kept me on hold for 15-30 min then would hang up on me. Poor system. Aside when picked up items the boys just stuffed items and there was no friendliness to the loaders.

    Good washer if it works right (mine didn’t)

    Washing machine shook like mad (yes shipping bolts were removed) so much so the machine would move several inches along the floor during spin cycle on heavier loads. Purchased washer/dryer on BestBuys leasing 90 day same as cash and returning the machine was an absolute nightmare between Best Buy and the lease company. I’m returning it but had to purchase another machine via another lease; hopefully this one works like it’s supposed to. I felt like I was being penalized because they sold me a dud machine…

    Poor washing efficiency! It is not able to set the temperature of water! (What do the settings mean, Cold or Hot, and how much is it?) Similarly for the Spin and Rinse cycles!

      The washer has an ATC (Auto Temperature Control), which enables it to control water temperatures in each washing cycle using the internal thermistor. It is to maintain certain washing temperatures for best results.

      We have provided a link to troubleshoot the washer fills with the wrong water temperature. The link also includes other links to check about the washer cycles and when the unit displays an error code. A video you may watch from the beginning until the end is also attached.

    Customer support is the worst! I’ve had the WORST experience imaginable. Not one but two washers delivered damaged. Still nothing from Best Buy on how they plan on resolving the issue. If I could give 0 stars I would! I’ve spent hours on the phone, missed multiple days of work, been hung up on and had to re-explain my problem over and over again.

    Clean machine

    I do not think I have had clean clothes before this washer. My clothes are just so much cleaner. My only complaint is that I wish the doors on the washer and dryer opened in the opposite direction. It would make transferring clothes so much easier.

    Worst experience ever. I have no idea if this is a good washer or not because Best Buy has been to our house 4 times already and each time had a different excuse why they couldn't install it. They delivered a broken washer the first time and the last time they "didn't have enough time" to install even though they knew what was involved in the install. Each time they have to reschedule its at least 3-7 days. Better off buying somewhere else.
