This was hands down the worst shopping g experience ever and my recommendation would be to avoid the Bridgeton Best Buy Outlet at all costs. We picked the open box item in the show room and paid for delivery. At the first delivery attempt, the store had mistagged the item and tried delivering a stove/range instead of the washer. The store manager took 0 accountability and tried to blame the delivery drivers. When the second delivery was attempted, the washer the tried to deliver was substantially more damaged than the one we picked out on the floor l, and (more importantly) was missing some of the minor damage we had been ok with. It was a complete bait and switch and again the store manager took zero accountability and was incredibly condescending to me and my wife. On top of that, it took days to process the refund because there was no way for them to start the refund until the refused delivery was closed out at the end of the day. Hands down, this was my single worst retail experience ever.

Purchased this washer 2.5 years ago and it leaks water inside the washer drum. The clean water does not stop flowing. Once it gets about a quarter full then the washer automatically drains the water. Best Buy customer service and Samsung customer is not willing to cooperate with fixing the machine unless I pay $120 for them to come look at it plus parts and labor. Estimate of $250-$350. Also this unit runs pretty loud while it is washing. On the positive note, it does look really nice.

I love this washer! I can program it using the smart things app to monitor water usage, maintenance, etc.

My purchase was recent on February 9, 2024 and so far it has worked very well but I do not give it all the stars because I have felt in some washes that it makes noise. I still do not know if it is because I had a small load of clothes or if it is some damage because they I remember that it is very new but it has only happened to me once. I still have to wait a while longer

Our set is 3 yrs old and washer sounds like a plane taking off when it spins. Cant fix it, not cost effective. Only solution is buy new one. 3 yrs???? For that price? I figured it would go for at least 10-15 years. We are a family of 2, has not been abused. Not sure i want to buy Samsung again.

Bought this washer on sale from Best Buy. One of the best purchases yet.

The delivery team refused to carry the washer and dryer to the basement, which is only one floor down. They claimed that the stair left railw is an obsticle for them to carry it, although the rails are not higher than mid leg level. The best buy delivery policy includes delivering the appliances to the room. However the delivery team dropped the washer and drier in my living room and left. They also called the best buy customer service who only listened to them and not to me (the customer). Their answer is to "hire somone to carry it to the basement". I regret buying appliances from best buy. And do not recommend to anyones.

Just bought this washer and it shakes very badly during the spin cycle and is not quiet. Definitely Need something to keep it in place if you have an open laundry room. It washes great, didn’t expect the spin cycle. hopefully it doesn’t break due to the shaking.

The 5 stars tricked me into a purchase. I was upgrading some ancient GE washer/dryers and this looked amazing. 2 years later the washer is leaking water from the front (gasket torn), and a few months after that we got drain pump problems. Estimate to fix $575!! Check Reddit for Samsung washer leaks and also google samsung error code SC. Lots of problems for lots of people. If you only need a washer/dryer for a year to sell a home, Samsung looks great... otherwise it's a waste of money. If you do go ahead and get one, get an extended warranty. I did, but it's taking days to get service.
