The only drawbacks are the door doesn't seem to be sealed completely because it shakes a bit when on the spin cycle. The other drawback is doesn't have a programmable favorite cycle.

The number of settings is not overwhelming, but it gives you what you need for a variety of clothes. The App is helpful, but it takes some time to get it the way you want. Overall, very happy, but will edit if anything changes on the wear and tear.

Naturally we looked for its successor model & happened to find it on a Black Friday sale the same day the old one failed. To date has performed well, no problems so far. Would recommend this washer for you if you do household frequency of washes.
