Beware about delivery and hookup

They will hook up the washer, check it and leave. You have it put it on the pedestal yourself. If I would've been told that when I bought it....I would've just picked it up myself and install it.....because I have to redo it all anyway now. Almost canceled the order. BEWARE.

Repairs were going to be expensive. I chose to go back to a front loader and this washer is amazing. Instead of hours to wash clothes,l had 4 very clean loads the first night I bought it. Love this washer. I just wish they weren't so expensive.

Only reason its only its a 4 star is they delivered it a month before delivering the pedestal to mount. Once the pedestal came in, they did not install them. Really stupid.

Insanely loud

If I am too close to it my watch goes off saying the decibels are over 120 loud, and we can’t take it anymore so we are replacing it.

This model has all of the same features as our last one, and the interface is essentially the same. I was surprised to see that the same wash cycles are faster on this model. The clothes are just as clean in a faster time. I haven't tried the app or connecting it to our home wifi, I just don't see the need. But so far, I'm pretty satisfied with the purchase.
