Great price and gets the job done nicely. Very quiet

There is some serious flaw with the design of this washer. Overall it works great but for some reason it holds water inside the machine and you have to drain it every month and the smell and amount of water is ungodly. I have owned several washers in my lifetime and I've never had to service mine monthly and drain stagnant water out of it. I wasn't aware you had to do this until it stopped working after 6 months of owning it. Thank god for You Tube - Just say no!

This Samsung front load washer is efficient. Nice color ,size is good. Not to big. Noisy a bit but tolerable. Most of the washers are like that. Great investment.

It is up to what I expected: not noisy, efficient and fast washing. It is spacious and easy to chose the washing program. A minor detail is that it has no light. It's performance is excellent so far for the value.

Took a little to get used to. Being able to hold bulk liquid detergent and fabric softener. Very convenient and power savor only using 110v and not having to vent to the outside, great little unit

good size, fits a good amount of clothing and doesn't leave clothes sopping wet.

So far so great! Upgraded from 10+ year old washer and so far it is working beautifully. Love the steam cycles for getting out harsh stains and the option to download cycles that are not already programmed!

I absolutely love it. Its so quiet i have to go check and see if its on. Sergio at the College Station store was my salesman. And the delivery crew was on time and did the removal and install very well.

Ok so annoying is the best way to describe this washer. It works so that’s cool. But it is soooo sensitive! In my old house it worked because it was behind a baby gate and I had my units stacked so I never had the need to reach over it while it was in use but now I have shelving above and you cannot reach to get anything because if you touch it in the SLIGHTEST bit it will shut off while it’s washing and you can’t just start it back up where it stopped!!! You have to restart the wash every time losing the soap with it. My boyfriend and I each have done it several times by accident. I googled it and apparently it’s a common complaint that Samsung says they can’t fix due to emergencies but there’s got to be a solution. My toddler is only 2 so she hasn’t noticed yet but I know the time will come so not looking forward to her learning that new trick! If you have them stacked it’s a little better because then you’re not reaching over while it’s in use.

This washer/dryer combo works really well! I’ve had no issues with the washer or the dryer over the last few months since I’ve had them.

We had a 2009 Samsung washer and this was a significant upgrade from that model. Quieter overall and less vibration than we expected. The controls are easy to use and it does a good job cleaning our clothes. The platinum color is also a great complement to our stainless appliances around the corner in our kitchen.

I think they are beautiful. First time buying a brand new set. I love them. And enjoy doing laundry with them.
