I really like it so far !!! Gets clothes soo much closer to dry then my last washer did , it spins really well, it’s quiet, and I love the little tune it plays when the cycle is done . Works well. Happy with our purchase . It is a high efficiency washer so u do need HE soap. It’s not hard to find tho, just an FYI :) we love it so far . Each load is soo customizable with all the different options

I received an email asking me to make a review of my purchase. However the washer and dryer that they showed a picture of we’re not the ones that I received. However they are the ones that I ordered but for some reason Best Buy had canceled my order so I never got an email telling me they canceled my order on the day they were supposed to arrive. I ended up calling customer service to find out my order has been canceled. They couldn’t give me a reason I had paid for my order in cash And ended up having to get an LG open box washer and dryer which I’m happy with but I would’ve love to have the Samsung that I originally purchased but that didn’t happen so there’s my review it said I can qualify for a $400 gift card for me doing this . Let’s see if my luck has changed and win the gift card. It’s not fair for me to be able to rate this item since I never originally received it so if it lets me, I’m gonna leave them blank if not, I will mark the middle star..

Excellent performance, saving water, easy to program and set up

Efficient and easy to use machine with a good capacity and wifi capabilities. Like the product

I love the Samsung products; because the top loader that I preferred was on back order for an unknown time, I basically had to select the front loader to match the Samsung drier brand and color. While this machine washes great, the spin cycle is loud and noisy. I much prefer the top loader.

The Samsung washer is an awesome product, and my wife is thoroughly enjoying it to the fullest! It's a great home appliance—all smiles!

Excellent price on an open box model. Washer seems to work very well and gets clothes very clean. One thing to watch out for is to make sure you run the "calibration" cycle. Itakes a huge difference in the amount of vibration at high spin speeds.

These washers are excellent for our use, this will be the second set of washer and dryer from Samsung that we have purchased and we have every confidence that this set will stand up to the earlier ones we bought. The staffer who assisted us in this acquisition was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. We enjoy our purchase experiences each visit to the Best Buy stores.
