We purchased this washer as it has a “quick wash” option. At approximately the third load, the washer violent shook during the spin cycle. We set up a maintenance call with Samsung but decided to continue using it with light loads and lesser spin cycles. It performed well under those conditions, so we cancelled the service call and are using it carefully. The spin cycle is very fast which I suspect contributes to it walking about the floor! Further, when installed, the installers incorrectly switched the hot and cold supply tubes, possibly because as you face the back of the washer the hot inlet is on the right rather than the expected left position as most faucets. Not Samsungs fault as it’s labeled, but could have been avoided if unit was engineered with the traditional hot/cold positioning.

It is quite, looks good and works great, but definitely needs a pedestal if you don’t plan to stack.its a medium size. Not great for big comforters or duvets.

After researching over and over….it came down to this set and then another one. I went based on reviews and ease of use. Let me tell u I am not disappointed at all! I love them!!!!

Washer is what I needed, performs well. Does lack sufficient guidance - no manual to explain certain functions. Am using with confidence that it will last a long time.

We went in store to look at washers and find which one we wanted and since wasn't in stock we ordered online. The staff was great and very helpful and the delivery was great they unloaded right where we told them to. Never had a new washer so took a minute to figure out why it shook out of where we placed it only to find out there are shipping bolts that hold drum so once we got that it works perfectly!

I bought Dryer and Washer! I was almost replacing all my clothes because they had bad smell! But after 1 wash in this new set all of them are very clean and fresh

This set is probably the best I’ve owned, never have to run a load more than once even with kids sports uniforms!

Love this washer. It is not only beautiful but efficient. I love that it has the steam function for additional sanitizing. The washer has great capacity and I have no issues washing some of my heavier bedding.

I absolutely love my new washing machine. It has so many different features. Unlike my older model. Also my clothes don’t smell like it did with my other washing machine. The price was great for the product.

Used a Samsung washer at my friend's home and fell in love with it. When I bought my new home, it was one of the first purchases I made (both washer and dryer). Totally happy with them and would (do) recommend them to everyone.

Washer unit bought for apartment with tight space and it's perfect. The stackable feature save a lot of space. The unit its less noisy than my last washer. Even on full spin it's good. So far so good.
