Works great so far, but I've only had it for a month. It's pricey though.

Samsung makes great appliances and they hold up well. I love the new color.

So far so good. Seems reliable and easy to use. Only had it a month though. It replaced a whirlpool that was bought Nov 2016—bad machine!!!

Great washer. Clothes come out clean. Normal wash only takes 45 mins compared to an hour with my old machine.

It's my 2nd Samsung washer in 2 years, and the installation crews that best buy contracts out are the worst. There is zero quality control because they have these guys do 15 to 20 installs in one day. First installer didn't level the legs of the washer and since it's stacked in a closet, I wasn't going to try to attempt myself after they left. Had to have them come out again days later to level the feet, then those guys snapped the ground prong of the plug in the wall and left and didn't even tell me that they did it. I could not use the washer due to the danger of electrical shock. Now I had to have them exchange the washer for a new one days later to find out that when they came to install new one they would not be able to install the new one because of the danger of the plug broken off from previous installer. Then I had to reschedule for a 4th time days later again and replace the electrical outlet myself before they came to install new one. I will never again be purchasing from best buy, especially having something installed from them, a complete joke. Oh, and the legs are still not level which I have to still do myself now after all of that

I will not purchased a Samsung appliance ever again. I purchased this dryer in November 2023 and had it installed in December 2023. It completely stopped working (no lights, no sound, not even a hum) on December 16, 2025, just nine days after my Best Buy Total Tech expired. Fingers crossed it can be repaired. I would not recommend this product.
