Cleans great. Very quiet. I like the notifications through the app of when it’s finished.

I will not purchased a Samsung appliance ever again. I purchased this dryer in November 2023 and had it installed in December 2023. It completely stopped working (no lights, no sound, not even a hum) on December 16, 2025, just nine days after my Best Buy Total Tech expired. Fingers crossed it can be repaired. I would not recommend this product.

Great service and great staff! Very patient and courteous. Demonstrated how to use washer and dryer clearly and answered my questions thoroughly and I felt I understood how to operate them right away. I could tell they were very knowledgeable about the machines. Very impressive! I was a bit scatterbrained this morning, but the guys didn’t mind at all. I really appreciated that! They made the installation a pleasant experience for me. Thanks to them both!

Best washing machine we have had! Front Loader is the way to go. This machine has a great big drum so no load is too big! And the Best Buy installation service was perfect! And they took away the old (Not old, only 3 years old, but broken beyone repair) Maytag top loaner machine.

Delivery was great. Washer is really great. Overall very happy with my purchase

Machine runs quietly and efficiently and the color is awesome.

Still makes noise when spinning- I also noticed that the washer is not even with the dryer as it was placed side by side- and wen it spins it moved an inch forward

Hopefully It will be working well. I gir this two months ago. Best buy is still trying to install this. I mighy habr. A better answer Latr January.

It works well and is easy to use. I mostly give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it vibrates a lot more than our previous Samsung. Even when our previous one was breaking down and sounded like a jet engine taking off during the spin cycle, it still didn't vibrate as much as this one. Can't put much on top of it because it will just get shaken off onto the floor.

Quiet & efficient machine. Efficient water usage resulting in cleaner clothes than a top loading washer.

Washer works great no issues, had to replace the other one because the bearings went out as well as the drum. Great buy for a great price
