Great washer!! Washing great, love the front load for both washer and dryer

Overall the delivery guys were great but i paid for install and it wasn't done . I scheduled a second date for install and they came too early and no one was home. One of my pipes got broken, it was probably old. And the rental truck they were driving had bad battery and i had to wake up my husband to give them a jump.

This washer was a replacement for our 4.3 cf washer of the same brand that apparently, had a broken spider. The estimates we received to repair, were more than 50-60% of the cost for a new machine. So needless to say we needed a new one.

We have had this for almost a year and it works great

Washer is working great so far. It takes much less time to wash a load compared to our previous washer. We did have an issue with installers where instructions said they would level the machine & I had to remind them & have my level handy to check as they adjusted the legs.

This is our second Samsung washer. The first one, a top load model, has been in use for over 8 years and is now being used by my daughter. However, this front load washer has been problematic. In May of this year, we had to replace the water pump despite regular cleaning and maintenance as recommended by Samsung. Now, the drum bearings have failed and repairs could cost up to $600 and take several weeks due to parts availability and labor hours. Unfortunately, the Best Buy protection plan has expired, leaving us with an unusable washer purchased on June 8, 2022. While the washer has attractive features and is compatible with the SmartThings app, the frequent breakdowns make it a poor investment. As a loyal Samsung customer who also owns Samsung phones and a Q80 TV, I am deeply disappointed with this product. It is worth noting that our Samsung refrigerator's ice maker has also experienced multiple issues. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this particular washer to others.

Great washer, works as advertised. Fill tray for detergent feels a little flimsy though. Recommend top load if you're tall though. Optional drawer underneath would be good additional purchase

Works great only thing is the slightest bump of the key pad change the setting mid use.

The washer does a very good job of cleaning my work clothes. The cycles are way shorter than with our old front loader. I have not had a chance to use the steam clean functions yet. Samsung is a great brand.

Amazing washer and dryer has a great 19 minute cycle. I would highly recommend this one again and purchases again.

So far so good. Washes my clothes. Multiple setting options that are customizable. The only thing I hate is the jingle it plays when the cycle is done. Much too long.

So far so good. I will have to give it some more time as the previous washer we had didn't even last a year. Thank god for manufacturers warranty.

We've had ours for a month now and it's wonderful. Love the ability to connect to the phone and get notifications when the cycle is complete. The color is beautiful!

Very good washer has a steamer which it great for dry cleaning and saving on your dry cleaning bills

Does the job it’s has an issue where the timer won’t count down and it keeps rinsing then I have to unplug it and start over it’s more of a hassle to return
