Best Buy was great and replaced it. After they left I put a load in and got a leak detection error. Called them again and Best Buy was great they offered a different model etc… but we decided to replace it with another one , of the same model. They came out and replaced it. So after 3 attempts we finally got one that works, so far. We have only had it for a couple of weeks now. So bad on Samsung quality control. Great on Best Buy.

When doing laundry, most of us toss in our jeans and T-shirts, start the Normal cycle, and call it a day. Use the right cycle; your garments will keep their vibrant color and last much longer. Learn more from these details.
You can add additional clothes to this washer model after a cycle has started. Please check the link to your user manual for details. Turn to page 35 under Garment+ for reference:

I had to scrap this and buy a new one, apparently this is a common issue with Samsung washers.
