    Great washer, however, they don't tell you anywhere is that it won't fit on your previous Samsung pedestals. Samsung changed the latching mechanism for the feet. I found out from the installation crew when they delivered the washer. I ordered a new pedestal through Best Buy's Customer Service and was given a quick delivery date, only to find out an hour later that it would be 3 weeks, not to mention the extra $330 which includes yet another installation charge. I feel like I got ripped off by both Samsung and Best Buy.

    It was broken never came to replace it I called and I was never able to get to talk to them the first order delivery people dropped my machine

    WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

    This was hands down the worst shopping g experience ever and my recommendation would be to avoid the Bridgeton Best Buy Outlet at all costs. We picked the open box item in the show room and paid for delivery. At the first delivery attempt, the store had mistagged the item and tried delivering a stove/range instead of the washer. The store manager took 0 accountability and tried to blame the delivery drivers. When the second delivery was attempted, the washer the tried to deliver was substantially more damaged than the one we picked out on the floor l, and (more importantly) was missing some of the minor damage we had been ok with. It was a complete bait and switch and again the store manager took zero accountability and was incredibly condescending to me and my wife. On top of that, it took days to process the refund because there was no way for them to start the refund until the refused delivery was closed out at the end of the day. Hands down, this was my single worst retail experience ever.

    The delivery team refused to carry the washer and dryer to the basement, which is only one floor down. They claimed that the stair left railw is an obsticle for them to carry it, although the rails are not higher than mid leg level. The best buy delivery policy includes delivering the appliances to the room. However the delivery team dropped the washer and drier in my living room and left. They also called the best buy customer service who only listened to them and not to me (the customer). Their answer is to "hire somone to carry it to the basement". I regret buying appliances from best buy. And do not recommend to anyones.
