    Bestbuy after a month of the delivery still doesnt install it. They have came 4 times and never bring the parts for the instalation. I just want they take the washer and dryer of and buy in other store that provide instalatin and costumer service.

    I think the washer will be fine BUT! they won't tell you this at the store....if you have a existing pedestal, they will not put it on. They will hook up the washer, check it and leave. You have it put it on the pedestal yourself. If I would've been told that when I bought it....I would've just picked it up myself and install it.....because I have to redo it all anyway now. Almost canceled the order. BEWARE.

    I am absolutely amazed with my Samsung washer and dryer the installers did a great job stacking them except for a small scratch which I was compensated for I am very satisfied with my purchase.

    Bought this when our 9 year old washer died. Same exact model so if you want more than 9 years, not so good. Also, we have pedestals and I told the sales guy that, he said no problem delivery guys would put it on the pedestal. Wrong! Also, why doesnt BB have a loyalty program? I've spent probably 20 grand there and I would think I would be shown a little love.

    This was the first time I was disappointed with bestbuy, the guy who dropped it off, came coming up with reasons on why not to install, needless to say it’s still not installed. My wife couldn’t do it, and I work out of town. Not satisfied, paid for the extra parts just to have it installed. Nothing was in the way to install it or anything. Just lazy

    I don’t know why I have been blocked for writing reviews on my other purchase. I have a bad experience with Best Buy and geek squad. Geek squad team had me Change an outlet for no reason. They sent me a broken washer and the guy named John said that the outlet needs to be replaced. I had to pay money to electrician for no reason. They came and replaced the outlet. The next time the came for installation the washer still wasn’t working. I will not buy anything from bust buy anymore. I have been having a hard time with the customer support and installation process. Very unprofessional, poor customer service.

    It would not let me select 0 stars. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. Washer was installed incorrectly, we had to have 3 different techs come out for over two weeks just to say we should return in. I called into exchange the set. They showed up Tuesday with a cooktop. And then they said they only had a washer. We sent it back. Today they showed up with only the dryer and said there was no order for a dryer. It's ridiculous. Worst customer service I have ever had. I've spent at least 15 hours on the phone and chatting with reps for three weeks and issue is still not resolved.
