Works well. Lots of bells and whistles that I don't need but some folks will like ( only washing for 2). My only negative was that it was a few inches deeper than my 18 year old washer and finally gave up the ghost. ....so my closet doors do not close. I also would prefer knobs rather than an electronic panel, but they do not make those anymore.

East to use, nice looking, cloth smells great! One of the best investments thjs year!

This Samsung front load washer has been amazing. We have a large family and can now have a load washed and in the dryer in under 20 minutes on the quick cycle. The washer has a great spin cycle and pulls so much water out of the clothes that the dry time has also been cut in half. Easy to use, beautiful design, and works wonderfully

I have a number of Samsung items in my house and like them very much. I bought this upper scale Samsung with confidence I was getting a quality product. Wrong. The first washer needed to be exchanged due to some technical issues with the washing cycles. I've had the replacement for a month and now find parts not fastened loosely and wonder how long before it becomes another problem. I bought a washer, dryer and two pedestals. I've had two replacements with these items. I'm tired of not having a quality product I thought I was buying.
