Despite it being a fairly dinged up open box deal, this washer is fantastic. Be prepared to load it yourself though. Guys who tried to help load it dropped it immediately and i ended up picking it up into my pickup bed myself. I figured it already had cosmetic defects so it didnt really matter to me... but had it been a brand new washer i would not have been happy. Then again, what kind of weirdo is coming into your house and judging your washer for a few dents dings or scratches. First smart washer I've owned. My fiance hates when it sends the notifixatuons to the tv. It even sends them to my phone, so of course i take the extra second of my day to text her and let her know the washer cycle has ended.

Washer works well. No issues as of yet but its less than a month old. Only reason its only its a 4 star is they delivered it a month before delivering the pedestal to mount. Once the pedestal came in, they did not install them. Really stupid.

Im really glad that I purchased this product runs quiet has a setting for bedding and several other options that is very useful.

Amazing washer. Wouldn’t change it for nothing. It has different settings depending on the type you will be doing. Very quiet and efficient.

Easy to use and efficient. Like all the settings for types of loads. Was glad to get this quality machine on sale when my 13-year old washer stopped working.

My new Samsung washing machine is working GREAT. It is so easy to program, hoping to get many good years with it. I would like to commend the sales associate 'Lucas M.' who was without a doubt the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever encountered. His is an asset to the sales team at the Myrtle Beach Best Buy. I will defiantly look for him should I need another major appliance soon.

This washer is amazinnggggg. I mainly bought it because it will notify me in the app to switch laundry. The main downside from the app is that you cannot automatically tell it to do an extra rinse and spin you mainly can start/stop and get notified and also download different types of washes. I have done this a few times and I like it. I love the wash it cleans well I have had no issues! The size is perfect for washing 1-2 individuals clothes (I always do separate loads though so it’s not over powered). When I was my comforter I do run it twice. It does have a lot of helpful loads too. Apparently when the first person installed it they didn’t set up the steam. Thankfully the guy reinstalling my dryer noticed and fixed it ASAP before I used it.

Washer is awesome. Very quiet. Installation was perfect. Technician who installed the washer was professional and friendly.

So far runs like a champ. Does a great job. Not any faster than the older model. Cool that it sends you a message when the wash is done and can control on the app.

If the delay worked properly I would give this a 5 star rating. This is my second pair of Samsung Washer/Dryers. I love these even more than the first pair I had. They pair up to the SmartThings app, which honestly isn't super user friendly but its not rocket science. My delay has been used 6 different times. The delay pauses itself so it never complets or starts on time. I've tried reaching out to Samsung, they had me calibrate the drum, I did a 1 hour delay (it still didnt start on time) but it was doable. My 7 hour delay 6 hours later is still sitting at 5 hours. ** If you know how to fix this, please respond!!!!! ** The wash is quiet. The dryer just gets the job done and I love it. No regrets. No paid anything for this review. If your wondering- 2 weeks in, and I have no regrets.

We love this Washer and Dryer set. Works fantastic, and fits a decent amount of clothing. Easy to use, easy to adjust settings. Definition recommend!

A lot of capacity and very quiet. I Guess we didn't measure the space because it's too deep so we cannot close our laundry room door. But that doesn't matter because it's extremely quiet.
