So far, so good. So much better than our old top loading washer, which would go out of balance if you looked at it cross eyed! Clothes come out much dryer due to the high speed spin cycle, which results in lower drying time.

I hate to even have to say anything negative about Samsung's products but this washer has not met my expectations and has even left little oil deposit spots on some of my clothing, on top of that it doesn't was as quietly as my previous over 10 year old LG washer. I had to have their technician come out twice which is them creating a monopoly because I requested a second oponion and they send the same person out to tell me its fine. Sorely disappointed in this machine and Samsung's customer service. I reported these issues not even 3 weeks from receiving it and they refuse to homor my request to take it back and have made it their agenda to make sure I'm stuck with it whether it works correctly or not.

Goes really well with my Samsung dryer. Looks great. Works great. Loving it so far.

This washer replaced an older Samsung that has some loose parts turning inside the drum, and repair estimates were quite high. My household uses this machine three or four times a week and we have had very good results with it. It it easy to set the number of rinses, the kind of garments being washed, etc. We are happy with the purchase.

Purchased this washer along with the matching dryer. It's perfect. Washes well and has all the essential settings for most day to day laundry needs. It even has a glass door. I'm glad the BB manager explained to me the difference between the next version above this that just had the steam function and some other minor features that I won't really use. Saved me several hundreds.

It's my 2nd Samsung washer in 2 years, and the installation crews that best buy contracts out are the worst. There is zero quality control because they have these guys do 15 to 20 installs in one day. First installer didn't level the legs of the washer and since it's stacked in a closet, I wasn't going to try to attempt myself after they left. Had to have them come out again days later to level the feet, then those guys snapped the ground prong of the plug in the wall and left and didn't even tell me that they did it. I could not use the washer due to the danger of electrical shock. Now I had to have them exchange the washer for a new one days later to find out that when they came to install new one they would not be able to install the new one because of the danger of the plug broken off from previous installer. Then I had to reschedule for a 4th time days later again and replace the electrical outlet myself before they came to install new one. I will never again be purchasing from best buy, especially having something installed from them, a complete joke. Oh, and the legs are still not level which I have to still do myself now after all of that

Quiet, clothes seemed softer and cleaner first load.

I have it for a month and so far is doing great. Clothes come very clean and very dry, which reduces the time on the dryer. Like you can choose different types of detergent.
