This machine is so smart, its dumb. It does not work. Bought in Aug 2022 and just had the 2nd tech come out to see why water enters and then leaves out. Washing the clothes with no water in it. The explanation that was given is you can't wash shirts and pants together, you have to mix the right clothing so it can be balance, etc. Shoes and comforters has to go to the laundromat. There's no simple washing with this machine. Don't buy, but if you do, pay attention and return before the return date expires and you have to deal with the warranty department that tries not to replace it.

After the legs were placed evenly on the floor it has been great. It has taken us a bit of time to get used to its operation but is great. It is very quiet and efficient.
