We have used this new front load washer and has performed flawlessly.

They have been working very well and highly efficient.

I received an email asking me to make a review of my purchase. However the washer and dryer that they showed a picture of we’re not the ones that I received. However they are the ones that I ordered but for some reason Best Buy had canceled my order so I never got an email telling me they canceled my order on the day they were supposed to arrive. I ended up calling customer service to find out my order has been canceled. They couldn’t give me a reason I had paid for my order in cash And ended up having to get an LG open box washer and dryer which I’m happy with but I would’ve love to have the Samsung that I originally purchased but that didn’t happen so there’s my review it said I can qualify for a $400 gift card for me doing this . Let’s see if my luck has changed and win the gift card. It’s not fair for me to be able to rate this item since I never originally received it so if it lets me, I’m gonna leave them blank if not, I will mark the middle star..

Washer and Dryer are amazing by far the best I’ve ever had !! No issues what so ever , my favorite part is that I’m able to connect them to my phone and will notify me when cycles are done

Ok so annoying is the best way to describe this washer. It works so that’s cool. But it is soooo sensitive! In my old house it worked because it was behind a baby gate and I had my units stacked so I never had the need to reach over it while it was in use but now I have shelving above and you cannot reach to get anything because if you touch it in the SLIGHTEST bit it will shut off while it’s washing and you can’t just start it back up where it stopped!!! You have to restart the wash every time losing the soap with it. My boyfriend and I each have done it several times by accident. I googled it and apparently it’s a common complaint that Samsung says they can’t fix due to emergencies but there’s got to be a solution. My toddler is only 2 so she hasn’t noticed yet but I know the time will come so not looking forward to her learning that new trick! If you have them stacked it’s a little better because then you’re not reaching over while it’s in use.

Nice looking set that is easy to operate. Works well and doesn't use a lot of detergent.

Excellent price on an open box model. Washer seems to work very well and gets clothes very clean. One thing to watch out for is to make sure you run the "calibration" cycle. Itakes a huge difference in the amount of vibration at high spin speeds.

Its worth 100 percent for what the purchase price is . Super fast and efficient.They are not load at all ! Beat quality

Great washer! Quiet and leaves clothes smelling fresh

We had a 2009 Samsung washer and this was a significant upgrade from that model. Quieter overall and less vibration than we expected. The controls are easy to use and it does a good job cleaning our clothes. The platinum color is also a great complement to our stainless appliances around the corner in our kitchen.
