Technician said it was cheaper to buy new than fix the old one. Needed to match the dryer. Hopefully it lasts longer than the last one did.

Great steam and quick cycles

The capacity is wonderful and I really like the steam cycles. Also, the quick cycles are great for clothes that are not very dirty! I’ve stopped using the pods because once in a while they won’t desintegrare properly. Otherwise, amazing!

It makes my work clothes look new after every wash. I does not, knot all pf my clothes together as a certain washer has done in the past. I would recommend. Only issue is the champagne color, but its growing on me.

There are two issues that I have, 1) I can feel the machine vibrating on spin cycle, but the laundry room is next to my bedroom. 2) I cannot get the SmartThings to connect. Luckily, there isn't a need for this right now, but I would still like to have it in the future.

Some loads will wrongly distribute the heavier items during the spin cycle such that the washer violently shakes almost enough to break open the washer door. The locked door holds, but nothing on top of the washer can stay without falling off. The contractor hired by Best Buy installed the washer and this problem has occurred on multiple uses of this washer since new. Will have the warranty claim cover a repair or replacement, as needed, after one more month of use to see if it gets better.
