Perfect size. I went from a larger washer to the 4.5 cubic foot and would not go back. This washer is fantastic! Several settings (More than I need) but always there if I need them. Used as a stackable it does not vibrate and is very quiet.

Super sleek looking and wash loads really really well. Just do not use alot of soak as its a smart washer and does not use alot of water like traditional washers

Samsung Washer is very Beautiful in Platinum. I love the Large Capacity. I have never used a Front Load Washer before but can't wait to try it out. It was so easy to install!

Large capacity and quiet washer . Cleans very well

We haven't actually received this item yet. But we have a washer just like this in the house we're selling and purchased one just like it in the house we are now buying. This is the best washer I have ever owned. And the companion dryer is wonderful as well!

I love my new washer i've had it for 6mo. And it does the job. I like that i can use the app and that it alerts me when it done.

Good so far. Holds water in the door area, we wipe it out and leave the door open to avoid bad stuff. ( we fear mold and mildew if left closed) Works well, WIFI notification is a cool feature. Still new, My last washer lasted 30 years... We'll see.

Bought this on sale. She’s quiet when running the spin cycle is STRONG and makes a cute lil jingle that Samsungs make

This is the only washer I've ever had that you cannot store anything on top, the spin will shake it off. Also, it is noisy when spinning. We purchased a Samsung 4.5 front loading washer & dryer in mid-July. We complained that the spin cycle was rough. Best Buy promptly replaced the washer, mid August. We didn't ask for a replacement, Best Buy just swapped & we got another Samsung 4.5 front loading washer, same model and features. (Good Job BB!) However, same harsh spin cycle. Best Buy sent a tech. Tech basically said 'That's normal' for this model. He ran the spin cycle on the highest setting and it was relatively less agitated but we don't want all our clothes on high spin. Tech was knowledgeable, prompt and friendly but offered no solutions to the spin vibrations. I gave the review 2 stars because it plays a happy song when it finishes washing.

Great service from technicians and sales representative. The washer and dryers are beautiful and very efficient!

Great product so far. A couple complaints though, the selector dial is obviously jammed up and does not turn easily- which is juxtaposed to the dryer’s dial. Also, the installer backed himself into a space to connect it and instead of his assistant or himself moving the washer out and back in, he crawled over it denting the top in a couple places.

I love rhis washer. It cleans clothes better than my previous machine using the exact same detergent and fabric softener

We got scammed on a used set of washer and dryers made by GE. They had tons of issues. Ponied up and paid for these things and it was the best decision. Super quiet and the smart controls are awesome. Ill never forget to change a load out again
