I absolutely love this machine, it’s got WiFi and an app that lets you know when the clothing cycle is complete you can place your settings on it and it connects to even get notifications on your tv. It’s worth every penny, and we received amazing service from the Best Buy in Davie!

This is the 2nd Samsung Front Load washer my family has had break down around the 4 year mark. Highly disappointed w Samsung washers for longevity and quality. I tried contacting support to obtain a repair however it was stated that they would not cover any repair costs. Just had a repair man come out and they concluded the power cord needs to be replaced, door latch system has malfunctioned, and the mother board needs replaced. Total cost of repair is $850 which is silly to complete for a $699 unit. If Samsung doesn't stand behind their products this may be the last Samsung item I buy.

They are a very good looking washer and dryer unit they have the settings on both appliances that we need and they wash and dry excellently. The prices were reasonable and up to this point we haven’t had any problems.

Used a Samsung washer at my friend's home and fell in love with it. When I bought my new home, it was one of the first purchases I made (both washer and dryer). Totally happy with them and would (do) recommend them to everyone.

Like the washer. Nice and quiet. Glad that if fit the pedestal base from my old (2009) Samsung washer. Only complaint is that there is no drum light, which I think is a necessity for a front-load washer.

They have been excellent and so easy to use. Love it.. they only thing I wish they came with the pedestals

I have been using it for a while and I really like the small amount of detergent it uses. Its easy to use and washes clothes better than traditional washers.

I have had this washer for about 12 months and have had no problems. i only wash 1-2 loads a week so not sure about heavy usage

This washer did a very good job. They wash very fash and clean. They also have smart thing so we can connect to our app on the phone

Great upgrade from my previous Samsung washer. Wash is done faster and love the app that let's me know when it's done.

Washes quietly and quickly and efficiently. I am contemplating on purchasing a pedestal for it. It sits so low. lol
