This one is the newer version of the one I previously had. I love all of the features it has, especially the Vibration Reduction...this thing stays planted. The biggest complaint I have is that the fabric softener load spot tends to stay full of water once the wash cycle is done and you have to pull the tray out to drain the water for the next load. I've gotten used to it and it's become a normal part of my laundry process. It's a great machine for the money and very efficient.

Insanely loud

If I am too close to it my watch goes off saying the decibels are over 120 loud, and we can’t take it anymore so we are replacing it.

However the washer and dryer that they showed a picture of we’re not the ones that I received. However they are the ones that I ordered but for some reason Best Buy had canceled my order so I never got an email telling me they canceled my order on the day they were supposed to arrive. I ended up calling customer service to find out my order has been canceled. They couldn’t give me a reason I had paid for my order in cash And ended up having to get an LG open box washer and dryer which I’m happy with but I would’ve love to have the Samsung that I originally purchased but that didn’t happen so there’s my review it said I can qualify for a $400 gift card for me doing this . Let’s see if my luck has changed and win the gift card. It’s not fair for me to be able to rate this item since I never originally received it so if it lets me, I’m gonna leave them blank if not, I will mark the middle star..

We bought this one as the partner to the dryer. This machine is amazingly smart and saves pretty well on water. The fact it's front load gives us more space for large blankets and things we couldn't wash easily before without issues. I do also love how we can customize the wash cycle to fit our needs. It's recommended to Calibrate the machine once installed, so that it's accurate. Once calibrated it runs amazingly.

Gets clothes soo much closer to dry then my last washer did , it spins really well, it’s quiet, and I love the little tune it plays when the cycle is done . Works well. Happy with our purchase . It is a high efficiency washer so u do need HE soap. It’s not hard to find tho, just an FYI :) we love it so far . Each load is soo customizable with all the different options
