Purchased for my parents in law, they mentioned they love it. Only issue was delivery, Best Buy likes to lie about not being to delivery in the middle of nowhere. It has happened 3 times in a row where they cancel the delivery the day of. Say the product was damaged, but have it in stock in the store.

Demonstrated how to use washer and dryer clearly and answered my questions thoroughly and I felt I understood how to operate them right away. I could tell they were very knowledgeable about the machines. Very impressive! I was a bit scatterbrained this morning, but the guys didn’t mind at all. I really appreciated that! They made the installation a pleasant experience for me. Thanks to them both!

I have this set for nearly a year, and they are dependable and run very well. The option to build "laundry recipes" thru the bluetooth app is a nice feature; but if you want more conventional control it has the touch/dial select feature also. We do about 8 loads a week average.

Nice, functional, efficient washing machine. However the technician who installed the unit in my home didn't check if the water lines were clear. 4 days into owning the machine starting gushing water through the drain. A good amount of water had collected inside the washer tub!!. I called Samsung Tech Support and they were useless. They couldn't determine what was causing this draining. I read up and had to drain the machine from the bottom and clean the washer filter. It's been all good since.

I love the washer and it's steam feature. I was able to steam my favorite dress with embroidery. My son waste food on it and the washer removed the stain and smell easily. Then I hung to dry and it was not overly wet.
