We love this washer! It is so quiet, and we love the range/control of cycle options. We use the Smart Control, and notifications constantly. Great for setting up cycles to run at off peak hours. The color is brilliant, with out standing out too much. We bought the pair and couldn’t be happier!

So far it works well Main thing it stays well balanced during the spin cycle. One thing that needs to be stressed for all front loaders; The door must remain open after use to allow the tub to dry out. Top loaders this is not necessary as there is air circulation because there is no seal on the top loaders door like the side loader has. This is one draw back of the side loaders, however the advantage is it uses less water.

This was my first time buying brand new washer and dryer and let me tell you they are amazing! I knew I wanted to go with Samsung since I’ve always used them and these were just amazing and affordable!

My washer is quite. I knew that front loader use less water and energy efficient. They delivered it and set it up. They meaning Best Buy delivery service geek squad was professional and friendly. They took the old product and recycle it for me. After as many washes it does a self clean by itself. Best Buy stands by there word. I give it 5 stars

This is such a great set. Easy to install, easy to operate, and the price was not thag bad.

I ordered new appliances in January, the washer and dryer were delivered in April, the fridge is still on back order. I like the washer and matching dryer set, i have them stacked in my kitchen. They are quiet and efficient. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for new appliance who needs a warranty, delivery, haul away, and installation due to not having a truck.

I am absolutely amazed with my Samsung washer and dryer the installers did a great job stacking them except for a small scratch which I was compensated for I am very satisfied with my purchase.

There is some serious flaw with the design of this washer. Overall it works great but for some reason it holds water inside the machine and you have to drain it every month and the smell and amount of water is ungodly. I have owned several washers in my lifetime and I've never had to service mine monthly and drain stagnant water out of it. I wasn't aware you had to do this until it stopped working after 6 months of owning it. Thank god for You Tube - Just say no!
