I love this washer, was a good price and easy to use

Great washer, clothes come out clean. Many options and easy to use

It required delivery of three machines to get the one I now have; but I'm very pleased with this one. It has a good range of cycles, gets the laundry clean, and is relatively quiet. The first machine had major problems probably requiring return to the manufacturer. The second was found to be dented when the delivery team unwrapped it. They showed it to me and recommended sending it back. Best Buy handled the situation well.

I love it no noise very efficient. I do recommend it.

Very pleased with my new washer. It does the job and then some! It was a bit overwhelming with all the different options but very simple to operate when I got the hang of it.

Wonderful dryer, dries very quickly and very quiet.

Very happy with the washing machine. It does a good job. However I have one possible complaint. It seems that something may have come loose that helps with the drum spinning. I noticed loud bang a slip and a bang and after that I noticed that the machine moves when it starts to spin like it shakes for a while that it didn't used to do before that sound.

Got this for my daughter to replace her old Samsung washer that lasted quite a while. She really likes the new features on this one. Quiet and works great!

Works great, nice and quiet, leaves my clothes clean and not too damp like my old washer.

So far so good, I’ve done maybe a few dozen loads and so far all is good. Steam feature was kinda neat to use and guess it worked well. Blanket came out smelling good and clean.

It is very efficient and easy to use. The machine is very quiet and informs you of the cycle digitally.

I love this washer. Clothes are clean and washed in no time. There are two issues that I have, 1) I can feel the machine vibrating on spin cycle, but the laundry room is next to my bedroom. 2) I cannot get the SmartThings to connect. Luckily, there isn't a need for this right now, but I would still like to have it in the future.

The internal volume of the washing machine is quite large. You can set the conditions for washing, temperature, rinsing, etc. according to your needs. However, the floor on which you install the machine must be level, otherwise there may be a lot of noise.

We've had the new Samsung - 4.5 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Stackable Front Load Washer with Vibration Reduction Technology+ - White delivered and installed to replace an old machine. We're very happy with this so far and thankful for the BestBuy deliverymen.

We purchased to replace the same unit that broke after 7-8 years. Technician said it was cheaper to buy new than fix the old one. Needed to match the dryer. Hopefully it lasts longer than the last one did.
