I really like the washing machine. I am it’s wonderful. It gets nice and clean. I couldn’t ask for a better machine. I like that it things when it’s done. Let me know how close it is to being done. I am so glad I had purchased this.

Love my new washer , so many options to wash and sterilize and many others choices. Very modern, it’s quiet! I’m loving it! Just waiting on my dryer that unfortunately won’t arrive until the end of December.

machine is fine but best buy's installers connected the cold water hose to the hot water outlet and the hot water hose to the cold water outlet, causing the machine to run on extremely hot water and ultimately shutting it down. this should have been checked by the installers prior to their departure.

Everything was super easy and hassle free. They came and installed and took my old washer. Stress free, easy and done.

I really like the efficiency of this washer which provides many options to was your clothes and bulky items.

I would expect this washer to be as good as the model without the white door. I did end up exchanging this for the other model as that was the dryer i ordered and i wanted a matching set.

I bought this and im happy with the washer but it should of come with everything it needed to hook it up for what i paid for it instead of having to pay the extra money to buy what it needed to hook it up

I picked it up from Best Buy Store as promised, it took me 30 minute to install it> Ran the machine was surprise on how quite compared to the old top loading washer. will recommend and will buy if needed.

We got scammed on a used set of washer and dryers made by GE. They had tons of issues. Ponied up and paid for these things and it was the best decision. Super quiet and the smart controls are awesome. Ill never forget to change a load out again

So far so good! Works well. Easy to use. Great replacement for my 12 year old one that died.

selected this machines over other brands as the middle ground on price and functionality, feels premium and has multiple pre-set functions for usual needs. really like the color and finish. did run into a door lock situation on rinse only cycle as water did not drain, figured the spin cycle drains the water. required a bit of learning for someone upgrading from basic apartment washers.

Best buy personnel were unsure if the washer had warranty, however I was putting some trust on the brand. Washer initially leaked in the first wash however it did not after that and its now atleast 4 washes old. Caps for the 4 holes that we need to empty out during installation was not provided and therefore they categorizing it as excellent with none of the parts missing does seem a little misleading. I had no plans to return as Best Buy wanted to haul it back in. Samsung ensured it was covered under warranty and was very responsive when I reported the leak and even scheduled a service however I did not have to use it as Washer seemed to have fixed itself or may be the washer was not standing evenly on the floor initially. So hoping it wouldn't have issues in future, a chance I was willing to take.

Excellent washer. Very good service and installation. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase.
