Very happy with my new washer! It does an excellent job, and it’s easy to take care of.

I am happy with my decision. This machine works perfectly. I like the programing alternatives that gives me good options to wash different things (from clothes to bedding) accordingly and efficiently.

The washer is awesome. Conseves water and gets our clothes clean in a jiffy.

I Love the product I always wanted a front loader washer/dryer so far no complaints I do wish I got the pedestal to add for extra height to me it’s sit extremely low in my space delivery was on time and the installation from the Best Buy workers was fast and easy

Waited for consumer non-durables to crater and got a good price to replace a 20 yr old Kenmore. Have not used all the settings but have washed 2 comforters that I never could have done before so have got $50 in dry cleaners savings. ***Best Buy return policy was the best, 30 days on appliances before the Samsung warranty kicked in. Home Depot, 48 hours,(read the fine print&called) and then its just you and the Samsung warranty and their repair crew. Also used my BB points to buy a close out TV afterwards.

Absolutely love this washer. Bought it after my Thin IQ washer gave out. I have never had a washer get stains out so easily. Very quiet. Very fast. Does so many different wash options im still learning. Not 1 thing bad to say about it. Its a must have if you are looking at purchasing. Best investment ive made.

I purchased the Samsung front loader washer and dryer matching units as an exchange/replacement from an LG new top loading washer and dryer combo. Very happy with this unit! I also purchased two matching pedestal units to lift the front loaders higher for ease of use and more storage capacity. Very happy on all fronts!

We purchased the stackable set and it’s been working amazing! The washer spin cycle helps get a lot of the moisture out before dryer use which is so much better than what we had. The systems are quiet, and very efficient!
