    I wish i could say more positive things about this set. I just don't understand why it didn't clean our clothes well. No matter what i do, and unless i put it on the heaviest load setting, with the most spins,rinses, and hottest temp, it won't even come close!!! What am i doing wrong?? I don't over load it either. My boyfriend is an appliance repair man and he says the front loaders are the worst ever! Ughhh. Super frustrated.

    I NEVER post reviews, but I'm posting this to say the poor reputation that Samsung washers carry is 100% valid. Before I purchased this washer and matching dryer set just over 2 years ago, I told myself not to listen to the negative reviews people have posted, because those are just rare circumstances or people just not taking the time to do the routine maintenance of the units...well I was WRONG! Just over 1 year from purchasing, the washer's tub ball bearing has failed not once, but TWICE since purchasing. Dryer has give me no problems at all. I never overfill the washer, always follow manufacturer recommendations on usage and upkeep, and the washer even reminds you to do those things. Because of the placement of the tub bearing, the cost to repair this is just as expensive as a brand new unit, minus $45. I'm not a washer/dryer enthusiast by any means, but this Samsung washer is NOT THE ONE!

    I don’t like the only open one way hinge. It would be nice to be able to change it because my hook ups are wager on right dryer on left. I like all the features and clothes are cleaner.
