We purchased this washer as it has a “quick wash” option. At approximately the third load, the washer violent shook during the spin cycle. We set up a maintenance call with Samsung but decided to continue using it with light loads and lesser spin cycles. It performed well under those conditions, so we cancelled the service call and are using it carefully. The spin cycle is very fast which I suspect contributes to it walking about the floor! Further, when installed, the installers incorrectly switched the hot and cold supply tubes, possibly because as you face the back of the washer the hot inlet is on the right rather than the expected left position as most faucets. Not Samsungs fault as it’s labeled, but could have been avoided if unit was engineered with the traditional hot/cold positioning.

Both the washer and dryer are great but the only thing that holds them back is the dryer doesn’t always dry the clothes fully due to moisture sensor reading only the outer layer of dried clothes and the washer doesn’t always wash the clothes properly the first time around

This is great, especially for the money. It has less options than I am used to but it more than gets the job done and does so quietly. My one complaint is that most of the cycles are longer than my old electrolux. I probably wouldn't have bought it if covid had not caused shortages on so many models but I'm glad I did.

This washer is easy to use and sturdy. Strongly recommended.

Great washing machine. Really easy to use, and i just love the app. I get my notifications even when im at work.

Good units. Wish there was more talk about how the install would go. I have them assemblers and plugged in but I can’t use the dryer for ventilation reasons. Works great just was t expecting to just be left. But all is good. I was bummed with that, but the units are awesome ! Can’t beat ‘em for the price

Bought this washer for a replacement of our previous Samsung that only lasted 4 years. So far it’s been good and easy to use. Time will tell how long it will last.

Great washer, is very fast and cleans the clothes. I wish I could change the door handle to the other side so that it opens the opposite direction.

Got a great deal on both the Samsung Washer & Dyer. So far they good and quite. Love the features that weighs your close to see and estimates your washing time. And the dryer will stop ones close are dried even if its set for a longer time period.

We first got the open box washer even though we ordered brand new, after few days we got the brand new washer installed. Buying experience from best buy is always good except delivery experience where you have to careful cheers. Cheers!
