Love this machine. Quiet wash. Quick wash. This is my second time with this machine. Just bought it again after moving cross country.

Purchased this for my parents and they love it! At first they thought that it would be difficult for them but once installed it was east for them to learn. They had really outdated washer and dryer before this so this is a big upgrade for them and they are happy.

Does a great job, is quiet and seems sturdy. Not sure why others found the metal to be cheap, it seems standard to me. Self clean mode is a plus. Door/hinge seems maybe a little on the light duty side but this machine has been great

This machine is very roomy. It has many options in the settings. You can adjust just about any setting to your preference. It plays a wonderful little melody at the end of the cycle. Gets clothes fresh and clean.

The built-in control process to balance a load that has larger and heavy items (e.g., towels, jeans) uses alternating left - right rotations of the washer drum; but it is inconsistent. Some loads will wrongly distribute the heavier items during the spin cycle such that the washer violently shakes almost enough to break open the washer door. The locked door holds, but nothing on top of the washer can stay without falling off. The contractor hired by Best Buy installed the washer and this problem has occurred on multiple uses of this washer since new. Will have the warranty claim cover a repair or replacement, as needed, after one more month of use to see if it gets better.

So far everything is working great. As an extra bonus, this model seems to have a great rebate from CoCal Water Smart.

I like the front load. The cycles seem to complete much faster than my old washer. The spin cycle also works great and thus, dry cycles are also faster.

Great washer, love all the options you have with this washer. Cuts the wash time in half of my last washer and come out cleaner

We just purchased this washer and so far all is good. It washes fast and quiet, compared to our old machine. We will have to see how it does in the next months in order to have a better review.

I purchased open box one at first and got it delivered. However, geek squard never came to relocate it to proper location. So i returned open box one and got new one instead. This one is so quiet and doesn't vibrate much as my old one.

This machine is great! My clothes are clean every time. It's way easier to use than I thought originally, plus the delivery people were kind and made sure we understood the products before they left.

Love this washing machine. Easy to use. Has so many settings and my clothes always come out clean. Doesn’t leave clothes soaking wet like other washers.
