    vary poor i had it for about week in a half and its aredy falling apart geek squad is coming take a look at it on friday but im vary unsatisfied with it so load u can hear threw the house and frankly were afrade to use it at this point

    I would not recommend this washer I have only had for 3 months and already it has to be repaired get another brand it will save you a ton of trouble.

    Never Will Placed A Order With Best Buy Again

    Third time ordering my washer and dryer BRAND NEW, and each time they come out to deliver them COMPLETELY BROKEN...Each time they have NEVER MADE IT OFF THEIR TRUCK. This is ridiculous!!!!

    Got this washer and dryer. The washing machine broke after 5 months. Called samsung and the agent said someone will reach out to me to come check it out and promised a call back within 48 business hours to schedule the appointment. I am still waiting, its been 72 hours and i am not being dramatic, i have a newborn and a brand new washer that is defective. He even said he will rush this and i shouldn't even have to wait 48 business hours to get a call back. Now i still have to wait for someone to call me and then who knows when they will have availability to come “check it out”. It also smells bad, i keep the door and detergent tray open after washes
