I love this item the best machine for home every piece is super clean and easy to use

I love my washer and dryer have been a great buy, im so glad we got then

I purchased the pair (washer/dryer) 4 years ago. It has never given me any issues with the exception of the washer which locks when I close the door and only only unlock if I press the power bottom (annoying) aside from that no issues. They clean my clothes clean and have the capacity to clean big quilts.

Spacious drum,many settings, easy to use , and actually cleans clothes!!

We absolutely love our new washer. It has so many options and the short cycle is really a good one for us. I love that I can set the water temp and soil level on any cyle. Highly recomend.

I bought this washer machine on sale. When looking at the face plate and the top, I can see that the space in between the two piece is not constant. But other than that, it has been working great and it is very quiet.

I have been using the washing machine for over a month and I am happy with it. I did online purchase and was easy. The installation was on time and quick. Overall, the experience was good.

I love having this, my other was very loud when it was washing, so I couldn’t actually wash and go to sleep at night. And not put a load in not waking up with the noise of the washing machine.

This set has really been a show stopper at my house. I've been using the super speed wash cycle all the time also - life saver for a big family. Just a stunning design with great value for the amazing features.

We bought this washing machine to replace our last one which was also a Samsung and had lasted more than 10 years! This has all the bells and whistles that we need and most importantly it gets our clothes cleaned very quietly.

I looked all over this town for a champagne samsung washer & dryer. the woman I spoke was very helpful I love me new set and the installers were great too

I bought this matching set for my new home and I love them I was skeptical about a front loader but I quickly was put at ease when they got delivered

This was hands down the worst shopping g experience ever and my recommendation would be to avoid the Bridgeton Best Buy Outlet at all costs. We picked the open box item in the show room and paid for delivery. At the first delivery attempt, the store had mistagged the item and tried delivering a stove/range instead of the washer. The store manager took 0 accountability and tried to blame the delivery drivers. When the second delivery was attempted, the washer the tried to deliver was substantially more damaged than the one we picked out on the floor l, and (more importantly) was missing some of the minor damage we had been ok with. It was a complete bait and switch and again the store manager took zero accountability and was incredibly condescending to me and my wife. On top of that, it took days to process the refund because there was no way for them to start the refund until the refused delivery was closed out at the end of the day. Hands down, this was my single worst retail experience ever.

My purchase was recent on February 9, 2024 and so far it has worked very well but I do not give it all the stars because I have felt in some washes that it makes noise. I still do not know if it is because I had a small load of clothes or if it is some damage because they I remember that it is very new but it has only happened to me once. I still have to wait a while longer
