This washing machine not only looks great with my other Samsung dryer but it works flawlessly. It is very quiet and has plenty of settings to dial in my clothes washing. Good price and they brought it in , hauled away the old noisy one, set it up and showed me how to use it, couldnt ask for more. Very satisfied after 3 months if using it now. Love the anti- vibration feature as well!

Order this washer.Because I needed something to go ahead.And do the job that my last one didn't do.And I'll tell you this.This is the best washer i've ever had.And the one thing I love about this thing is it sings to you when it's done

Just got the washer about a week ago and so far its been great. Finally able to wash our king/queen comforters at home without having to go to the mat. They fit perfectly into our Stackable laundry closet and the platinum is really sleek. Has lots of options that we haven't learned to use yet, and who knows if we even will! I'm a Samsung user (phone, tv, and now washer) so its great being able to connect everything in one hub. So if I dont hear the chime, I'll get a notification on my TV and/or phone letting me know.

If you are looking for a washing machine that is big enough for all your loads, smart that can offer you latest technology when it comes to do your loundry, yet unbeatable prices and excellent financing through Best Buy store, Samsung washer and/or Samsung dryer is a must. I pusrchased both; washer and dryer as a set and Best Buy had a great promotion deal with huge $$$ savings, I could not let it go by. Overall, I am happy with machines and no regrets so far. As time goes by I will update this review with most-accurate and recent facts about Samsung washer and dryer I purchased.

Part of a set; they look good and so far perform as advertised; haven't used many of the features and other cycles but so far these are very nice units; hook-up was a breeze and had this unit operational in under ten minutes; waiting on the other star for future and to see if these continue to perform well for a long time

This machine is fantastic, bought this for a town home in the city its an old building and didnt come with any appliances so the wife and i got this puppy here and she loves it! I love the energy efficiency, its high quality and feels build to last and she loves the ease of use and how quiet it is. I got deployed a month after we got it but she has only good thing sto say about it. She wants to take it with on the next move!

Works great! We live in Arizona and our laundry room is outside, separate from the house so it’s expected to be very hot. We’ve had no issues with our washer overheating. Everything works very efficiently! Cleans our clothes very well.

The washer has a large capacity and does a great job getting the clothes clean and is very quiet. It is very easy to use and looks good too.

My wife loves this washer. We bought one for our old house before we moved and she was upset we had to leave it behind. Moved into our new place and needed a washer so we bought the same exact model. It is very quiet and does a great job.

This is a nice washer. I replaced a 14 year old top loader, so some of my impressions are based on the switch to a front-loader. Pros: Large capacity Quiet operation Smart features Good cleaning Fast wash setting Cons: More "post wash" maintenance than top loader Door cannot be reversed This washer does everything I need it to do. It takes large loads and adjusts the cycle based on the amount of clothing. It's interesting to see how the default time changes once it "calibrates" to the load. It has a large number of settings pre-programmed (bedding, towels, normal, etc.) but also allows you to upload custom settings (one at a time). It has a drum clean cycle as well, which is a nice feature. The smart features, while not necessary, are godd additions. My favorite is getting a notification on my phone when the cycle has completed. Also, being albe to check the status and maintenance needs remotely is nice. As an added plus, Samsung has several pre-set custom cycles in the Smart Things app that can be added, or you can define your own. The main downside is that, like most front-loading washers, you need to dry the seal and door after use to avoid mold/mildew. Also, it would be nice if they had a reversable door so you can configure it to match your house's fixtures. My dryer is on the left of the washer, the way the door opens means I have to navigate around it to fill the dryer. Not really a big deal, but complimentary opening would be nice. I got this on sale for about $700, and for that price it's a steal. Even at the list price it is worth a look.
