The washer works well overall and is pretty quiet compared to my last one. There have been a couple of minor issues. I've found that if there is only one small item in the washer, sometimes the spin cycle will not start and the countdown to the end of the wash cycle will stay hung at 5 or 6 minutes until you cancel the cycle/turn off the washer. Also, I've noticed that many times there will be an area under the door that is damp after the wash cycle has completed, so it seems like the door seal doesn't work as well as it should or maybe there is a problem with ours.

We bought this to replace a similar 13-year old Samsung washer. It was still washing well, but we have dogs and I hadn't cleaned out the filters and seals often enough, so there was lots of dog hair matted up inside. I really like getting alerts on my phone when a load is done so I remember to put it in the dryer. The only thing I don't like is that the door frame extends further than the old model, so it runs into my laundry basket (I don't have risers). So I can't just leave a basket right in front of the machine anymore.

This was purchased for 10 vacation rentals in a popular tourist city in South Florida. Guests share 2 sets of washer/drying machines along with housekeeping so these need to be durable. This samsung machine is running constantly during busy season when we might host 30+ people at a time. The speed cycle is great and really cleans well! We've had zero issues with this machine, no complaints, guest confusion on usage, etc. Highly recommended!

Washer and Dryer where delivered on a very cold and snow coverd day and done so professionally. Installed in a very tight space so efficiently without any mess and PERFECTLY. Very pleased with the whole process including the personal attendiion given by salesman during initial purchase

Despite it being a fairly dinged up open box deal, this washer is fantastic. Be prepared to load it yourself though. Guys who tried to help load it dropped it immediately and i ended up picking it up into my pickup bed myself. I figured it already had cosmetic defects so it didnt really matter to me... but had it been a brand new washer i would not have been happy. Then again, what kind of weirdo is coming into your house and judging your washer for a few dents dings or scratches. First smart washer I've owned. My fiance hates when it sends the notifixatuons to the tv. It even sends them to my phone, so of course i take the extra second of my day to text her and let her know the washer cycle has ended.
