The washer is very efficient and surprisingly quiet. I have no buyer regrets and have actually recommended this product to others. The delivery personnel, Matt and Brandon, were exceptional and should be commended for their dedication to customer service and diligence to customer satisfaction.

Great machine, silent and very efficient. The front door could be stronger, just got a hatch after something beating it, but not affecting the functions.

Does a great job washing the clothes. It is also pretty quiet, and balances the load for smoother spinning. I find the preset cycles are not as useful as the old fashioned Whites, Colors, Darks cycles. Every time I want to wash Dark clothes I need to choose Normal and then manually adjust the water temperature. Also the manual does not explain information I want to know, such as what is the Rinse temp on each cycle? Is the Rinse always just cold water, or if I put the wash temp on a hot temp is the Rinse warm? Also what do the Steam cycles really do -- more info would be appreciated. I can't answer about the WiFi feature because I never use it.

We purchased this washer to replace another brand we recently returned to Best Buy. This new one is much more quiet and after several uses, we really do enjoy the quietness and efficiency of our new washer.

This product is very easy to use. It is quiet and fast. Clothes come out of the wash machine almost dry after the great spin cycle.

We have had this washer a year, and it does a great job but it’s INSANELY LOUD. If I am too close to it my watch goes off saying the decibels are over 120 loud, and we can’t take it anymore so we are replacing it.

I love my new washing machine. I waited and did my reviews on lots of machine and I’m glad I decided on this set. It replace my old front load that was 15 years old. It actually still worked but it was time for a new one. My dryer went out so I figured let’s just replace both. This thing has all the bells and whistles. It even sings when your clothes are finished. I wanted a machine that was quite but did a great job cleaning my cloths. With my previous machine I sometimes has had issue with smelly cloths but this one has a self-cleaning feature. (Have not used yet). Now the price was great. I got it on sale. Pre-Black Friday Sale.

We bought these Samsung washer and dryer in a combo package deal from Best Buy in Sterling. The whole buying experience from Best Buy was as good as always. Mike helped us decide which model to buy and gave us good deal too including extended warranty and the tech package. The delivery was quick and on time and the technicians were very experienced and professional. They fixed them perfect and both my Champagne dryer and washer are working perfectly fine. Loving the steam function and low noise as compared to the ones we had before. Thanks Best Buy for amazing buying and customer service experience. :) :)
