Excellent Upgrade from older Samsung

Quieter overall and less vibration than we expected. The controls are easy to use and it does a good job cleaning our clothes. The platinum color is also a great complement to our stainless appliances around the corner in our kitchen.

Washer seems to work very well and gets clothes very clean. One thing to watch out for is to make sure you run the "calibration" cycle. Itakes a huge difference in the amount of vibration at high spin speeds.

Gets clothes soo much closer to dry then my last washer did , it spins really well, it’s quiet, and I love the little tune it plays when the cycle is done . Works well. Happy with our purchase . It is a high efficiency washer so u do need HE soap. It’s not hard to find tho, just an FYI :) we love it so far . Each load is soo customizable with all the different options
