It worked well for exactly the same number of months that it was under warranty. Six days after warranty, it stopped draining water. We spent hours with Samsung support diagnosis by text messages. In the end the technician had to come in to fix. We don't know yet how much it would cost to fix.

I like the machine. It works well. May sales person was super. But the people who move the equipment need to be more careful. They dented and scratched the machine.
