overal good to use by now. wash out well the stain. if it has a smart option to connect with the phont, it might be much better but it doesn't have it. so far so good

Spin cycle will break this machine. Read the other reviews. Bracket will break off, you will see gray particles falling out underneath, and they can't fix it. ours broke 1 month out of warranty

The washer did not spin correctly since the first day I bought it. I had my handy man check it out and it’s a part that expensive so you may as well buy a new one. I have seen this same exact model being sold facebook market place with the SAME PROBLEM!!!! BUYER BEWARE!! SHAKES SO HARD IT WAKES EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE!! No laundry at night!!!!!

Purchased this brand new less than 4 weeks ago from Best Buy and paid them to install it. I've used it maybe 10 times. Today it quit working in the middle of a load. It gave me an error code. I tried to troubleshoot the problem using the manual, but there was nothing to address it. Called Samsung. They couldn't troubleshoot it by phone, so we did a video call. They were able to watch me do everything they instructed. Nothing worked, so they said they would have to send out a tech, but in order to schedule a service appt, they need the model # and serial #. I found the model # on my online receipt, but it does not include the serial number. The Samsung tech stated that it is on the back of the machine. This is a very heavy machine. I tried to move it out while the tech was on the phone, and it would not budge. He instructed me to call Best Buy to obtain the serial number, because they will not schedule an appt without. Called Best Buy and was informed that they do not keep a record of the serial numbers on appliances. Since they sold it to me and installed just over 3 wks ago, I asked them to send someone out to get the serial number, which they stated would be a $60 fee. I asked them if I can return or exchange it, and they will not allow that because it has been over 2 wks. So I have a brand new washing machine that doesn't work, and neither Best Buy nor Samsung have any interest in helping to resolve this. I will have to pay someone to come out and move my washing machine to just be able to make an appt for Samsung to come out and service it, but it certainly won't be Best Buy, because they clearly don't stand by their products or service. I will never buy another Samsung appliance or purchase anything from Best Buy again. And I intend to report both of them to the BBB for selling me a lemon and refusing to do anything about it less than a month later.

15 months after purchase, 3 months after the warranty expired my washer sounds like a rocket ship taking off during the spin cycle. Clearly something is wrong sith it. I called Samsung and my onky option is to pay upwards of $600 to fix it. I can buy a new one for $700! Washers are supposed to last 15 years not 15 months. Find another brand!

It would not let me select 0 stars. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. Washer was installed incorrectly, we had to have 3 different techs come out for over two weeks just to say we should return in. I called into exchange the set. They showed up Tuesday with a cooktop. And then they said they only had a washer. We sent it back. Today they showed up with only the dryer and said there was no order for a dryer. It's ridiculous. Worst customer service I have ever had. I've spent at least 15 hours on the phone and chatting with reps for three weeks and issue is still not resolved.

I love my new set I want to change my whole room now
