Customer service was great. Delivery was on time Except we had to wait another week. The delivery personnel forgot the stacker kit amd was not able to install our unit. Therefore we had to use laundry facilities to clean our clothes. Other than that set up was good amd we love our stackable washer and dryer

Bought this Samsung washer a few weeks ago, I really like it. It's quiet and washes very quickly. But my biggest issue was the delivery. The delivery guy came to my house, he took off my old washer’s water hoses without shutting it off, the water spilled all over the floor and he tried to convince me to call the plumber because he can’t shut off the water line, or he can fix it for an extra fee.I gave him a bucket and told him to shut off the water lines and there’s another main water line shut off downstairs . By the way, I have a brand new house. Everything was set up for the washer and dryer. When he realized his scale was not working out, he installed the washer without any difficulties.

Had the washer and dryer set for 1 year called to have both of them fixed since the dryer was blowing cold air/washer does not do the full spin cycle at the end so my clothes are soaked, I did get my money back for my washer but not my dryer so I'm pretty upset about that and be ready to be asked the same questions and pictures sent over again and gaslighted that you never sent them to customer serve. I will not be buying anything from Samsung due to the issues and non refund of my dryer even though I did the video call for both my washer and dryer. SMH
